Message from the 4th degree Master

It is time to complete the Annual Survey Of Fraternal Activity Report. (Form 1728).  It is now due to be completed and forwarded to the Supreme Council Department of Fraternal Services (original) with copies sent to the Vice Supreme Master , the Master , and one for your Assembly files. Please complete this form ASAP, and have it to those listed above, before the end of the month. This is how the Order stays within the guidelines for its tax exemption status. We need your prompt attention to this request.

 

The Honoree for the Fourth Degree Exemplification to be held in Tallahassee, on Saturday, February 3, 2007 will be Father Kevin Johnson.

We are hoping to have a class of one hundred and fifty, so we need your help. Ask a 3rd Degree Knight to join the Fourth Degree so he can be a part of the largest class of the year.

 

Just a reminder the room reservations for the Exemplification in Tallahassee must be made prior to January 12, 2007. After that date the room rate will increase. We still have rooms available that have been blocked for the Exemplification. Faithful Navigators must be sure to remind candidates they need to reserve their rooms NOW. We only have another week for the order forms to arrive for banquet, and lady luncheon tickets. Get those form 4's in SOON. We need to provide the hotel with solid numbers for the rooms and for the meals.

 

It is very important to get your reservations made and forms in to the master.

The Exemplification will take place at the Ramada Conference Center Center, 2900 North Monroe St., Tallahassee, Florida, 32303 Feb. 2nd, 3rd, 2007. 

The room rates are as follows:

Exterior room rate $79.95 plus tax,per night

Interior room rate is $89.95 plus tax per night.

The hotel is located at the intersection of I-10 and US 27.

Reservations can be made by telephone at 850-386-1027.

Must mention they are with the Knights of Columbus for this rate.

The Exemplification will be Saturday, February 3, 2007. Self

parking at no charge. Limit of candidates to 150 and banquet of

300 people, so get your reservations and paperwork in ASAP for a spot.

There are many 3rd Degree members who are looking to become 4th Degree Members. Let’s bring them aboard.
